P60-30 Touch Base and Column Mount

Pryor’s P60-30 Base and Column allows your handheld marking machines to be mounted securely and used as bench top marking system.

This mount will quickly transform your PortaDot 60-30 Touch into a fixed benchtop marking system that can be implemented in your manufacturing process. You simply need to remove the facemask and secure the machine in the designated holster.

In case you need to rapidly convert the machine back to a portable device, simply remove the PortaDot from the base and column, slide the facemask back on, and you are ready to go.

The base and column used for this product is taken from our MarkMate dot marking machine, a tried and tested design that gives great stability and fine control over the height of the marking head.

The holster is a 3D printed MJF Nylon 12 which allows us to produce a profile that mirrors the shape of the P60-30 Touch so precisely that it requires no locking or fastening points, the weight of the P60-30 alone is enough to hold it in place.
